Child Safety Standards

These are the standards of Owrang Studios LLC against child sexual abuse and exploitation in System: Terra, its mobile app for iOS and Android.

What is never allowed

Child sexual abuse material, and any content or conduct that sexualizes, grooms, entices, exploits or endangers a minor — in a chat, on a profile or a dating card, at an event, or anywhere else in Terra — is forbidden. An account that shares or seeks it is closed.

Who Terra is for

Terra is for people 13 and older. Its Dating Hall is for adults alone: nobody under 18 can enter it, and its photos are shown only to adults. A birthdate, once given, cannot be changed.

How to report, from inside the app

Every profile, dating card, chat (sealed chats included), event, hangout and duel has a report button, and so does everything the System writes. A report goes to Terra’s Wardens, the people who moderate it, without leaving the app. Choose A minor at risk as the reason when a child’s safety is at stake: that report is read by no AI and goes to the System administrator alone, and the moment it is filed, what it reported is copied and kept for a year — so nothing the account it names edits or deletes afterwards, nor the deletion of that account or of yours, changes what was kept. You can also write to adam@owrang.io.
