Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Owrang Studios LLC, the studio behind System: Terra (“Terra”). By creating an account or using Terra, you agree to them. They’re written in plain language on purpose — plain language is still binding.

Who can play

You must be at least 13 to use Terra. Dating features are opt-in and restricted to users 18 and older, based on the birthdate you declare at signup. Misrepresenting your age is a violation of these terms.

Terra is a beta

Terra is in active development. Features may change, break, or be removed, and game data — including XP, stats, ranks, and history — may be reset during the beta. Access is by invitation through TestFlight (iOS) and Google Play internal testing (Android), and may be expanded, paused, or ended at our discretion.

Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself, and give accurate information when you register. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.

Your content and conduct

You own the content you create in Terra — messages, quests, events, dating card text, photos. By posting it, you give us permission to host and display it within the game as the app describes. Content you publish (public quests, events, hangouts, your dating card if enabled) is visible to other players.

The rules are simple: no harassment, no hate, no threats, no illegal content or activity, no impersonating others. Report and block tools are built into the app, and the Wardens — our moderators — review reports. Violations can lead to content removal, suspension, or the permanent end of your access.

The real world

Adventures, events, duels, and hangouts happen at real places. Use your judgment: obey the law, respect venues and other people, and only attempt what’s safe for you. Places in Terra come from third-party data and may change, close, or be inaccurate. You are responsible for your own conduct and safety in the real world.

XP, ranks, and stats

XP, ranks, stats, and everything else the System awards are game fiction. They have no monetary value, can’t be sold or transferred, and may be recalculated or reset during the beta.

No warranty

Terra is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We work hard on it, but we can’t promise it will always be available, accurate, or free of bugs — especially during the beta.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Owrang Studios LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for the actions of other users, or for what happens at real-world places you choose to visit. Nothing in Terra is currently sold, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us — which, during the beta, is nothing.

Ending access

You can stop using Terra at any time, and you can delete your account whenever you like. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms as Terra evolves. Updates are posted on this page with a new effective date.
