Delete Your Account

This page covers System: Terra, the mobile app by Owrang Studios LLC. You can delete your Terra account at any time, in either of two ways.

Delete from inside the app

Open System: Terra, tap the gear at the top of Home to open Settings, and choose the option to delete your account, then confirm.

Or request deletion by email

Email adam@owrang.io with the subject “Delete my account”, sent from the email address on your Terra account (that’s how we know the request is really yours). We may reply once to confirm, then delete the account and let you know when it’s done.

What deletion removes

• Your account and sign-in
• Your profile — character class, stats, XP, and rank
• Your photos — profile photo, AI avatars, dating photos, and verification screenshots
• Your place in every chat, and your conversations with the System — the messages you sent stay in the other players’ chats, tied to no account
• Your quest, event, duel, and match history

Deletion is permanent. It cannot be undone, and a new account starts from the beginning.

One thing outlives a deletion, in the one case the law asks for: if a player has reported that an account may put a minor at risk, what that report pointed to was copied when it was filed and is kept for a year, for Terra’s administrator alone. The Privacy Policy says exactly what.
